OFFICIAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given by the Town of Bayfield, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for a TOWN ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TRIP) PROJECT: NORTH PRATT ROAD RECONDITIONING.
The Town of Bayfield is soliciting bids for a Town Road Improvement Program (TRIP) Project for the reconditioning of a section of North Pratt Road from the intersection of Happy Hollow Road extending east one mile. The project will include scarifying of 11,733 sq. yds., reshaping, 1,000 feet of ditching, grading, compacting, rolling, and placement of 4” gravel.

Pre-bid on-site inspection of project with Town representatives is required prior to submitting any bid proposal. Sealed bids are due no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 29th, 2019 at Town of Bayfield Hall; 85450 County HWY J; Bayfield, WI 54814. Bids submitted are to be in a sealed envelope labeled NORTH PRATT ROAD BID and if mailed, must be received by 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 29th, 2019. Bids will be opened and reviewed at a Special Town Board Meeting beginning at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, May 2nd, 2019. The Town of Bayfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids based on the best value to the Town, total price, and other factors considered.
