Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bayfield adopted Ordinance 2019-01: An Ordinance Creating Licensing of Short-Term Rentals on May 20th, 2019. The Ordinance established a requirement that short-term rental properties located in the Town of Bayfield obtain a Short-Term Rental License and established procedures related to obtaining, maintaining, and renewing this License. The Ordinance will take effect in 2020 with applications due no later than March 1st of each year. A copy can also be obtained by visiting the Bayfield Town Hall on Tuesdays from 8AM-4PM.
