Request for Proposals – Town Hall Roof

The Town of Bayfield is requesting proposals for repairs to our Town Hall roof including removal and disposal of old roofing materials, replacement with new 30-year shingles, and other repairs and improvements.  For a full description of work requested, contact Road Supervisor Carl Cadotte at 715-779-3481.  On-site inspection of the project with Town representatives is required prior to submitting a proposal.  Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, June 14^th, 2019 at the Town of Bayfield Hall, 85450 County HWY, Bayfield, WI 54814.  Proposals will be reviewed at the Regular Town Board Meeting scheduled for 6:00 PM on Monday, June 17^th, 2019.  Proposals submitted are to be labeled “Town Hall Roof”.  The Town of Bayfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals based on the best value to the Town, total price and other factors considered.
