The Town of Bayfield recently adopted a Short Term Rental Ordinance that will go into effect on January 1st, 2020.  The full text of the document is at the following link:

On October 30th, 2019, all known short-term rentals that will be subject to this ordinance are being sent a letter and a copy of the application.  We ask that the applications be submitted after January 1st, 2020 and no later than March 1st, 2020.
