ATTEND a meet & greet session with ZONING CODE RE-WRITE team

HKGi has been hired by Bayfield County to carry out an update to its current zoning and land division codes. This modernization will involve reorganizing the contents to establish a user-friendly format; utilizing tables, graphics, and clear and concise language; looking for  opportunities to support additional housing opportunities; and  incorporating sustainable and resilient design.  Come meet the consultant and share thoughts and concerns to inform the early stage of this project.
