Bayfield County Clean Sweep/Household Hazardous Waste and E‑Recycling Collection Event

• Date: Thursday, July 23, 2026
• Time: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
• Location: Bayfield County Fairgrounds, 7080 N Main Street, Iron River, WI 
• Please note that the event has been moved to Bayfield County Fair Grounds in IRON RIVER, WI 

This event provides residents with a convenient and responsible way to dispose of a wide range of materials, including:

• Household hazardous waste: paints (excluding latex), fuels, pesticides, fertilizers, solvents, antifreeze, and more
• Electronics (FREE e‑cycling): TVs, computers, printers, small appliances, and many other items 
• Medications and sharps: safe disposal options will be available (with specific packaging guidelines)  

Please note:

• Latex paint is not accepted.
• Some items, such as certain batteries and lightbulbs, may have a fee.
