Request for Bids: Gravel Hauling
The Town of Bayfield is requesting bids for the hauling and spreading of approximately 2,500 tons of ¾” Base Aggregate Gravel on various town roads. Gravel will be hauled from the Highbridge Quarry 386, 38112 Poppe Rd, Highbridge WI, 54846. Delivery must be at a minimum of 45 tons per hour. Contact the Town Road Crew at 715-779-3481 with any questions. Sealed bids should be mailed to: Town of Bayfield, Attn-2025 Gravel Hauling Bid, 85450 County Hwy. J, Bayfied, WI 54814, and received no later than Friday, September 5th, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Bids can also be placed in the Town Hall drop box at the same address. Bids will be opened at the Regular Town Board Meeting on Monday, September 8th, 2025 at 6:00 PM.
The Town of Bayfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
