Gravel and Hauling Bids

The Town of Bayfield is requesting bids for hauling, furnishing, and spreading on various town roads, approximately 2,500 tons of ¾” Base Aggregate Dense conforming to WI DOT spec 305.2.2.1.  Delivery must be at a minimum of 45 tons per hour.  A current valid test needs to accompany all bids submitted along with the type of material being offered.  Bidders must contact the town crew at 715-779-3481 before bids will be accepted.  Sealed bids should be sent to: Town of Bayfield, Attn: 2026 Gravel and Hauling Bid, 85450 County Hwy. J, Bayfield, WI 54814, and received no later than Tuesday, June 30^th, 2026 at 3:00 PM.  Bids will be opened during a Special Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, June 30^th, 2026 at 5:00 PM.  The Town of Bayfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
