The Town of Bayfield is happy to announce that construction of the Salmo Lakewalk Trail has been completed.  We encourage all local residents and visitors to access the trail and appreciate the natural beauty that this location offers.  Thank you to all the dedicated volunteers that donated their time and skills to make this trail a reality.  This project was also made possible by grants from the WI Department of Natural Resources and the WI Coastal Management Program.  Please check back soon for more information on the trail and improvements including interpretive signs to be installed during the coming months.
