On March 10th, 2025, the Bayfield Town Board repealed it's Short-Term Rental Ordinance requiring rental owners in the Town of Bayfield to apply for a license through the town.
Short-Term Rentals will no longer apply for a license with the Town of Bayfield.
The Room Tax License and reporting requirements will remain the same.
