RE: TOWN OF BAYFIELD VACATION OF CUL-DE-SAC                                                                           LIS PENDENS

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

 

1. An action affecting a cul-de-sac that is located off of Whitetail Avenue, and is not named, is to be heard on June 21, 2021 at 6 p.m. at the Bayfield Town Hall, in the town, to decide the application.
2. The interested parties have been notified by registered mail, and a Class 3 Notice has been published.
3. The object of the action is to seek an order to vacate the cul-de-sac pursuant to Chapter 82, Wisconsin Statutes, legally described as follows:

 

The cul-de-sac located between Lots 21 and 20, the Plat of Deerfield Estates’ First Addition recorded in Volume 6 of Plats on Pages 6-9, as Document No. 301170 and located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter NW ¼ SW ¼, Section Fourteen (14), Township Fifty (50) North, Range Four (4) West, in the Town of Bayfield, Bayfield County, Wisconsin. 

 

This road closure affects the following properties:

4.     DEERFIELD ESTATES FIRST ADD LOT 25 IN V.923 P.871 214N (MARY T NATHAN REV TRUST DTD 7/13/2005) IM 2005R-500887
