TOWN OF BAYFIELD WHITETAIL AVENUE – WOODLAND TRAIL BID REQUEST

OFFICIAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given by the Town of Bayfield, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for a Whitetail Avenue and Woodland Trail Resurfacing Project. The Town of Bayfield is soliciting bids for the resurfacing of sections of Whitetail Avenue and Woodland Trail, approximately .40 miles. The project involves ditch cleaning, culvert replacements, gravel lift, pulverizing and paving, and shouldering. For specific information on this request contact Road Supervisor Carl Cadotte at 715-779-3481. Pre-bid on-site inspection of project with Town representatives is required prior to submitting any bid proposal. Sealed bids are due no later than 6:00 p.m., Monday, July 19th, 2021 at Town of Bayfield Hall; 85450 County HWY J; Bayfield, WI 54814. Bids submitted are to be in a sealed envelope labeled Whitetail Avenue – Woodland Trail Bid. Bids will be opened and reviewed at the Town Board Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m., Monday, July 19th, 2021. The Town of Bayfield reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids based on the best value to the town, total price, and other factors considered.
